Fall activities and classes
For children: Bambini d'Italia Children's Language and Performing ensemble begins Friday September 9 at the Bloomfield Civic Center 84 Broad Street. Ten sessions of language, dance, drama, and poetry culminating in performance. Fee $60.00
For adults: Coro d'Italia Ensemble unique opportunity to explore Italian culture via song, and dance! Friday evenings Bloomfield Civic Center Friday, September 9. Yearly membership fee: $30.00.
Italian for Beginners and Others Language class begins Tuesday September 27 at Verona High School, 10 classes $100.00
Annual Gala Concert: Italian Traditions~Tradizioni d'Italia featuring traditional songs, folk dances, regional costuming, opera. Sunday October 9th Montclair Art Museum Leir Hall admission; $12.00 general admission, $10.00 students and seniors, $25.00 supporters.

Premier Screening of New Jersey Networks Documentary Film:
"The Italian Americans in New Jersey A Legacy of Achievement"

The New Jersey Italian American Heritage Foundation is co-sponsoring with New Jersey Network (NJN) a new documentary on the achievements of Italian Americans in New Jersey. In an effort to showcase the positive contributions of New Jerseys Italian Americans, this film highlights the achievements and virtues of New Jerseys largest ethnic community. This prestigious fund-raising event will feature fine Italian regional cuisine, regional wine selections, honorees and the premiere screening of the film. Attendees will have a chance to meet with Mr. Louis Presti, the Emmy Award-winning Executive Producer, members of the movie production team and Italian American notables from all over the State. Ticket sales and sponsorship opportunities will begin in February and seating will be very limited for this statewide event.
