Executive Committee

Rationale
The Executive Committee (XCOM) was established to provide a structure for the Officers of the Commission and other members of the Commission to discuss strategic matters in a private, as opposed to public, forum. These discussions are then brought before the Commission, with recommendations on actions to be taken.

Description
The Executive Committee is comprised of the statutory officers of the Commission and may include other members of the Commission, depending on the subject matters being addressed.

The Executive Committee meets on the third Wednesday of the month in alternate months of the year beginning in February, or as required.
